Si è svolto in Polonia a Wrocław, il 7 luglio, il secondo TRANSNATIONAL PROJECTS MEETING del Progetto Erasmus+ “arITsan” (New Educational Approaches for IT and Entrepreneurial Literacy of Senior Artisans).
ll progetto arITsan intende prendersi cura del patrimonio inestimabile che gli artigiani possiedono (dalle storie di vita alle arti, ai mestieri e ai misteri) che potrebbero andare perduti per sempre dopo la loro morte, aumentando le competenze imprenditoriali e ICT degli artigiani senior e promuovendo l’identità e la consapevolezza europea sviluppando e testando materiali di formazione innovativi e flessibili (facili da adattare). A ospitare e organizzare il TPM è stato il partner polacco Centrum Edukacji i Badań Społecznych (Education and Social Research Centre).
Hanno partecipato in presenza i referenti di N-Key Simone Pagni e Sergio Brunetti e i partner provenienti da Polonia, Romania e Regno Unito, e in collegamento gli altri partner del progetto (Spagna, Portogallo e Malta).
La discussione degli argomenti è iniziata la sera del 6 luglio presso il Stary Klasztor restaurant dove i partecipanti hanno anche cenato.
Il giorno 7 presso il Wrocławskie Centrum Wspierania Organizacji Pozarządowych Sektor3 si è tenuto il TPM anche con i partner collegati in remoto via piattaforma
Zoom. Tutti i rappresentanti dei partner di progetto hanno presentato lo stato dei lavori: ciò che è stato fatto e quello di cui c’è bisogno prima delle prossime mobilità. Il lavoro svolto dal partner italiano è stato apprezzato e preso come benchmark.
Prossimi obiettivi per N-Key saranno la ricerca di 2 gruppi target: formatori e artigiani senior. Pertanto, sarà necessario fare riferimento e differenziare per entrambi i target: professionisti nell’educazione degli adulti, e artigiani senior.
Dovranno essere valutati i contenuti della formazione e i materiali da preparare e testare durante il LTT1 che si terrà in Inghilterra in Ottobre e sarà necessario un focus su come sviluppare attività legate alle competenze imprenditoriali, facendo riferimento alle tre aree di competenza imprenditoriale secondo il Quadro Europeo EntreComp. Ne è seguita una serie di domande da parte di tutti i partecipanti ai vari esponenti dei lavori nazionali.
Infine è stato definito il prossimo appuntamento in Italia a Pisa nell’ultima settimana di novembre 2022.
L’incontro a verrà ospitato nei locali della associazione di categoria CNA Pisa, la più grande associazione degli artigiani e delle piccole e medie imprese del territorio e preziosa stakeholder di arITsan. Barbara Carli e Valentina Cesaretti, due professioniste che collaborano con Nkey fin dalle prima fasi del progetto Erasmus+, guideranno infatti i partecipanti attraverso le attività svolte rispettivamente dalla CNA di Pisa e dal Consorzio Copernico, Agenzia Formativa di CNA Pisa.

The second TRANSNATIONAL PROJECTS MEETING of the Erasmus + Project “arITsan” (New Educational Approaches for IT and Entrepreneurial Literacy of Senior Artisans) took place in Wrocław, Poland on July 7th. The arITsan project intends to take care of the priceless heritage that artisans possess (from life stories to arts, crafts and mysteries) that could be lost forever after their death, by increasing the entrepreneurial and ICT skills of senior artisans and promoting the European identity and awareness by developing and testing innovative and flexible (easy to adapt) training materials. The Polish partner Centrum Edukacji i Badań Społecznych (Education and Social Research Center) hosted and organized the TPM.
The representatives of N-Key Simone Pagni and Sergio Brunetti and the partners from Poland, Romania and the United Kingdom participated in presence, while the representatives of the other partners of the project (Spain, Portugal and Malta) on-line. The discussion of the topics began on the evening of July 6th at the Stary Klasztor restaurant where the participants also had dinner.
The TPM was held on July 7th at the Wrocławskie Centrum Wspierania Organizacji
Pozarządowych Sektor3 with partners connected remotely joining the meeting via Zoom platform. All the representatives of the project partners presented the status of the work: what has been done and what is needed before the next mobility. The work done by the Italian partner was appreciated and taken as an example.
Next goals for N-Key will be the search for 2 target groups: trainers and senior craftsmen. Therefore, it will be necessary to refer and differentiate for both targets: professionals in adult education and senior craftsmen.
The contents of the training and the materials to be prepared and tested during the LTT1 to be held in England in October will have to be evaluated and a focus on how to develop activities related to entrepreneurial skills will be needed, referring to the three areas of entrepreneurial competence according to the European EntreComp Framework. This was followed by a series of questions from all the participants to the various exponents of the national works.
The next appointment will be held in Italy, in Pisa, in the last week of November 2022.
The meeting will be hosted in the premises of the trade association CNA Pisa, the largest association of artisans and small and medium-sized businesses in the area and valuable stakeholder of arITsan. Barbara Carli and Valentina Cesaretti, two experts in this field who have collaborated with Nkey since the early stages of the Erasmus+ project, will guide participants through the activities carried out respectively by the CNA of Pisa and the Consorzio Copernico, Training Agency of CNA Pisa.
